Important Service Changes – Nettica Email

You have been directed to this page because you are a current subscription to the Nettica Email Service.
The Nettica Email Service was transitioning from Dyn to DuoCircle in 2015.

Email Forwarding / Gateway and Backup MX Services

Are configured to use the DuoCircle servers. All customers have been notified via email that the MX record for Nettica should be switched manually and have been requested to make the change.

Hosted Email Services

Will continue on the Nettica infrastructure however MX records will need to be updated with the instructions mentioned above.

Impact of not switching MX records 

If you choose not to update your MX record your service will continue to function however your spam filtering will be suboptimal. We are encouraging the switch to the updated MX record, but are currently not enforcing this change on the service.
