Quick Answer

US banks have shipped chip-enabled credit and debit cards, and many cards now have updated expiration dates or new card numbers. If you have a card on file with DuoCircle, log in to your billing area at admin.duocircle.com/account/addcard, add the new card, and set it as default to keep service uninterrupted. Customers outside the US should also confirm contact and billing details are current.

update your account

As many of you are aware, banks in the USA are finally switching to chip enabled credit and debit cards. It is a massive and overdue step to protect consumers from fraud.

Credit card companies have started mailing new cards, some with updated expiration dates and others with new credit card numbers. And these changes may impact the credit card that you have on file.

Even-though these card changes are just for the USA we are requesting that ALL of our customers take a moment to update their DuoCircle account to reflect your new card number or to update your contact information.

To update your card, log-in and update your billing information by adding a new card – https://admin.duocircle.com/account/addcard.

Once this card has been added please set it to default.

Please double check your billing address, city, state and postal codes and ensure that your account phone number is up to date.
