Authenticate.
Prove your domain is yours.
Most email problems aren't really email problems. They're authentication problems. A spoofed message that bypasses your DMARC. An SPF record that's quietly broken because you added one too many vendors. A DKIM signature that fails on a mailing-list forward. Each one is invisible until it costs you a deal, a campaign, or a customer.
Three products, one engineering team
SPF Management (AutoSPF)
Automatic SPF record management that stays under the 10-DNS-lookup limit. The first net-new product DuoCircle built after our 2014 founding, now running for a $16 billion IT services firm.
DMARC Reporting (DMARC Report)
Aggregate and forensic report processing, parsed and presented so you can act on what you receive. Plus BIMI hosting once your VMC certificate is in hand. Multi-region G2 Category Leader for DMARC Software.
Mail Flow Monitoring (free)
Round-trip SMTP and IMAP monitoring with multi-channel alerts (email, SMS, webhook, PagerDuty, Slack). Free, continuously running since 2018. Watching mail flow shouldn't require an enterprise budget.
Layered standards, single accountable party
SPF, DKIM, and DMARC are layered standards, not separate problems. Get one wrong and the others can't compensate. Many vendors price each layer separately, treat reporting like a premium add-on, or assume you've got an internal email-deliverability specialist who'll wire it all up.
DuoCircle's bet is the opposite: authentication is plumbing, plumbing should work, and the team that builds plumbing should know what they're doing. AutoSPF, DMARC Report, and Mail Flow Monitoring share an engineering team and a single accountable party. When something goes sideways across two of them, you don't get a triage scavenger hunt. And once you have a VMC in hand, the BIMI side is hosted from inside DMARC Report rather than spun up as a separate vendor.
The audience
- IT teams managing complex sending environments (multiple ESPs, marketing automation, transactional providers, payroll, helpdesk, all sending as the same domain)
- Mid-market organizations without a dedicated email-deliverability hire who don't want to spend like they do
- Agencies and MSPs monitoring authentication for portfolios of client domains
- Compliance-driven sending programs (Google/Yahoo bulk sender requirements, BIMI prerequisites, regulated industries that require DMARC enforcement)
We're not the right answer if
You need a VMC certificate procured for BIMI. You'll get that from a Certificate Authority (DigiCert or Entrust). DMARC Report hosts the BIMI infrastructure once you have the VMC, but issuing the certificate itself is a CA function, not something we sell.
Your organization already has an in-house email-deliverability function with proprietary tooling. Our portfolio is a substitute for tooling, not a substitute for an internal team.
