Bring-your-own-mailbox · AI personalization · Automated warm-up

Cold Email Outreach.
Your domains, your reputation.

Cold outreach is one of the rougher email use cases. The economics demand volume; the recipient experience demands the opposite. Domain reputation, sender warm-up, list hygiene, personalization, follow-up timing, deliverability. All of it has to work, or the campaign quietly dies in Junk while the dashboard tells you everything sent. NuReply runs on a bring-your-own-mailbox architecture: connect the Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or SMTP accounts you already own, and NuReply orchestrates campaigns through them. Your sender reputation stays yours. The platform never relays your prospecting through a shared pool.

Why bring-your-own-mailbox

Cold outreach reputation has to live on your domains

The right architecture for cold outreach is the sender's own mailboxes. Shared relays accumulate other senders' reputation problems. The IP you share with a thousand other prospecting tools is the IP whose reputation prospects' filters are scoring. Your own domains build their own reputation, on infrastructure you control, and that reputation is what receivers actually evaluate when they decide whether to inbox or junk your message.

That is why NuReply is BYO-mailbox by design. It is the architectural call, not a pricing tier. NuReply is part of DuoCircle's broader Deliver group. Transactional mail belongs on relay infrastructure (Outbound SMTP, the Developer Email API). Cold outreach belongs on the sender's own mailboxes. Different patterns, different architectures.

What it does

The orchestration layer on top of your own mailboxes

Connect the accounts. Configure the sequence. NuReply handles rotation, throttling, warm-up, personalization, and placement-aware reporting against the mailboxes you already own.

Bring your own mailbox

Connect your existing Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or SMTP-capable accounts. NuReply orchestrates campaigns through the mailboxes you already own. Your domains, your reputation. Deliberately not a shared sending pool. Reputation that prospects' filters score builds on the addresses you control.

Mailbox rotation and per-mailbox throttling

NuReply rotates between connected mailboxes and throttles each one to safe per-account limits. No single mailbox gets pushed past the rate that triggers reputation damage. Spread the load across the accounts you have, the way each provider expects to see it.

Automated mailbox warm-up

Build sender reputation gradually on your own domains before you ramp volume. The warm-up engine sends through the mailboxes you connected so a fresh domain does not go straight to spam on day one. Warm-up runs continuously alongside live campaigns, not as a separate phase you forget to maintain.

AI personalization per recipient

Generate tailored messages from a base template using prospect signals: role, company, context. One-to-many in volume, written one-to-one in tone. The personalization is the part that keeps the message out of the boilerplate-detection bucket while keeping the operations side scalable.

Multi-step sequences with conditional follow-ups

Define the path: initial send, follow-up after a delay, conditional branch on reply or click, stop on bounce or unsubscribe. The platform executes. Sequences run per prospect, on the connected mailbox, with the timing and conditions you configured.

Reporting tied to deliverability

Placement signals from the connected mailboxes feed back into NuReply, not just opens and replies. You see whether your sequences are landing inbox, Junk, or somewhere worse, on the actual mailboxes you are sending from. Open and reply rates without placement context are vanity metrics.

Who this is for

The audience

  • Sales and growth teams running cold outreach who want a tool that respects their domain reputation rather than relaying through a shared pool
  • Founders and small teams standing up cold outreach for the first time who need warm-up plus campaign tooling under one roof
  • Operators who already own multiple mailboxes (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or SMTP-capable accounts) and want a tool that orchestrates across them
  • Teams who want AI-generated personalization without rolling their own LLM tooling on top of a separate sending and warm-up stack
  • Prospecting teams whose current shared-relay tool is forcing tradeoffs they do not want: shared reputation, weak warm-up, no real personalization
Honest framing

We are not the biggest outbound platform. We are the honest one.

Cold outreach is a crowded category. NuReply is a focused product, run by the same team that runs the rest of the DuoCircle delivery portfolio, that does the BYO-mailbox plus AI-personalization plus warm-up loop cleanly. If your current outreach tool is producing for you, NuReply is not a switch-now decision. If you are standing up cold outreach for the first time, or your current tool is forcing tradeoffs you do not want (shared relay reputation, weak warm-up, no real personalization), it is worth a look.

The platform works. It is run by the same support people who pick up the phone for everything else we ship. Same direct-to-customer relationship that comes with the rest of the portfolio.

When to look elsewhere

We are not the right answer if

You are a high-volume, dedicated cold-outreach organization with a stack already wired together (CRM, intent data, multi-channel orchestration). Specialist outreach platforms in that lane will fit your workflow better than NuReply. Use the right tool for the size of operation you actually run.

Your sending pattern is transactional (password resets, receipts, system notifications). Use Outbound SMTP for relay or the Developer Email API for HTTP-first sending. Different architecture, different primitive. NuReply is for outbound prospecting through your own mailboxes, not application transactional flow.

You do not yet have SPF, DKIM, and DMARC dialed in. The warm-up engine will not save you from broken authentication. Fix the foundation first. See SPF Management and DMARC Reporting.

What you get when you call

An expert on the call, not an SDR working from a script

When you contact us about cold outreach, you talk to an expert who has actually run BYO-mailbox campaigns at customer scale. We tell you whether NuReply fits your motion, what your warm-up timeline should look like for the domains you are using, and what to fix at the authentication layer before you ramp volume.

Reference calls with existing NuReply customers are available on request. The platform is part of the same direct-to-customer relationship that comes with everything else we build.
