Smart Quarantine that Remembers who you like!
Quick Answer
The updated Smart Quarantine remembers approved senders. Once a recipient releases a message from a particular sender, that sender is automatically whitelisted for future mail, so neither the sender nor the recipient has to take manual action again. The change reduces friction on legitimate senders that previously triggered false positives.
Our new Smart Quarantine product and released a new version of Smart Quarantine with some improvements. The new version is ever smarter to save you even more time.
How it works:
Once the recipients has accepted an approval request for a particular sender Smart quarantine will remember that email has been validated and is now white listed automatically once you have accepted them.
This means after the first email address has been verified the sender and recipient will no longer need to do any manual action.
