Tracking SMTP Outbound Credits Usage

Reported data includes today's consumption with a reset at 00:00 GMT, total credits used over 30 days, and trend lines that surface unusual spikes. Threshold alerts continue to fire as you approach your plan limit. Use cases: monitor newsletter or transactional send volume against capacity, spot unauthorized usage from a compromised mailbox, and forecast plan upgrades before hitting the cap. Access reports through the DuoCircle outbound SMTP control panel.
We are excited to announce a long anticipated feature to our outbound SMTP reports.
This upgrade allows you to visually track in real time your daily and monthly SMTP usage. Previously we only displayed the past 24 hours, but now we are providing a rolling 30 days of history and will be expanding the functionality in the very near future.
Trending reports are a great way to track your usage and trend this volume over time. We already alert you if you are coming close to your threshold, but this will allow you to spot the trends in your usage data.
Reported Data includes:
- Today’s consumption with a reset at 0:00 GMT
- Total credits used in 30 days
- Daily average which is the number of credits divided by 30
