DuoCircle is committed to making our websites and products usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We treat accessibility as part of quality, not a separate workstream, and we test our work against current best practice.
Our target
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA on every public-facing website in the DuoCircle portfolio (duocircle.com, autospf.com, dmarcreport.com, phishprotection.com, outboundsmtp.com, tenantmigration.com, mailflowmonitoring.com, alumniforwarding.com, nureply.com, inboxissue.com) and in the customer portals and dashboards we operate.
We treat WCAG 2.1 AA as the minimum bar, not the ceiling. Where we can do better (for example by following WCAG 2.2 incremental success criteria, or by exceeding contrast minimums), we do.
Where we are today
Honest assessment as of the date above:
- Public marketing sites: substantially conformant with WCAG 2.1 AA. Known gaps are tracked and remediated on the regular release cycle.
- Customer portal and product dashboards: substantially conformant for primary task flows. Some legacy admin panels predate our current accessibility work and have known issues. These are documented internally and prioritized on each product’s roadmap.
- Email reports we generate (DMARC summaries, mail-flow alerts, etc.): delivered as plain HTML with semantic structure, table headers, and alt text on charts where possible. PDF reports include a tagged-PDF accessibility layer for screen reader compatibility where the underlying tooling supports it.
- AI-generated outputs (NuReply drafts, classification explanations): produced as plain text or semantic HTML usable by assistive technology. We do not generate inaccessible image-only output.
We have not commissioned a formal third-party WCAG audit. We expect to in 2027 once the rebuild that began in 2026 stabilizes.
How we work
- Internal design and front-end review against WCAG 2.1 AA on every change to a customer-facing surface
- Keyboard navigation as a default test path, not an afterthought
- Screen reader testing on macOS VoiceOver and Windows NVDA for major releases
- Contrast and color-blindness checks built into the design system
- Captions and transcripts on customer-facing video content
Report a barrier
If you encounter content or a workflow on any DuoCircle site or product that you cannot use because of an accessibility issue, please tell us.
| Channel | Address |
|---|---|
| Email (preferred) | accessibility@duocircle.com |

When you report, please include the URL or product surface, the assistive technology and browser you were using if relevant, and a description of what was not working. A short screen recording or screenshot helps a lot.
What we will do
| Stage | Target |
|---|---|
| Acknowledgement | One business day |
| Initial assessment | Five business days |
| Resolution timeline | Communicated within ten business days of an accepted report |
| Severe barriers (no workaround) | Top of next release queue |
| Moderate barriers (workaround exists) | Next regular release |
| Cosmetic accessibility issues | Quarterly accessibility cleanup |
We do not charge for accessibility-related fixes or for the work to coordinate with assistive-technology vendors on integration questions.
Standards we follow
- WCAG 2.1 Level AA
- Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act (we conform to the WCAG 2.0 AA harmonization required for federal acquisition, where relevant)
- European Accessibility Act where it applies to our European customers
- California Government Code Section 7405 for relevant California-public-sector contracts
Limitations
Some content on our older blog posts and on legacy product pages does not yet meet WCAG 2.1 AA, particularly in regard to image alt text on the WordPress import. We are working through this corpus and it is the subject of regular cleanup. If you encounter a specific page that is unusable, report it under the channels above and we will prioritize that page.
Third-party content embedded in our sites (vendor demos, partner widgets, customer testimonials with embedded video from the customer’s own platform) is governed by the third party’s accessibility posture. Where we can replace inaccessible third-party content with an accessible alternative, we do.
