DuoCircle LLC (“DuoCircle”) owns or licenses the names, logos, product names, slogans, designs, icons, photographs, and other brand assets used across our portfolio of email products. These brand assets are protected by United States and foreign trademark and copyright law and by international treaties.
Marks and brand assets
The following are DuoCircle marks. The list is illustrative, not exhaustive. The absence of any mark from this list does not constitute a waiver of any DuoCircle intellectual property right.

- AutoSPF and the AutoSPF logo
- DMARC Report and the DMARC Report logo
- Phish Protection by DuoCircle and the Phish Protection logo
- Outbound SMTP and the Outbound SMTP logo

- Tenant Migration and the Tenant Migration logo
- Alumni Forwarding and the Alumni Forwarding logo
- NuReply and the NuReply logo

Permitted use
You may refer to DuoCircle and our products by name in editorial, comparative, or analytical writing without prior written permission, on the conditions that:
- You use the marks accurately, in their correct form, and in plain text or with properly licensed logo files
- You do not imply DuoCircle’s endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with your product or service
- You do not use a DuoCircle mark in a way that creates a likelihood of confusion with your own brand or with a third party’s brand
- You do not use a DuoCircle mark in a way that disparages DuoCircle, its customers, or its products
Use that requires permission
Logo use in marketing materials, packaging, third-party product UI, partner badges, case studies, books, white papers, training courses, conference materials, and merchandise requires prior written permission. Email media-relations@duocircle.com with the intended use, the audience, and a draft of the placement.
Third-party marks
Names of products, services, and companies referenced on our sites and in our materials may be trademarks of their respective owners. Reference to a third-party mark is for identification only and does not imply DuoCircle’s endorsement of, sponsorship by, or affiliation with that third party.
Reporting trademark infringement
If you believe a third party is using a DuoCircle mark in a way that infringes our rights, email legal@duocircle.com with the URL or other location of the use, the form of the misuse, and a description of the harm. We will investigate.
If you believe DuoCircle is using your mark in a way that infringes your rights, email legal@duocircle.com with proof of your rights, the location of our use, and your proposed remedy. We aim to resolve good-faith claims within thirty days.
