Email infrastructure since 2014
You probably know us for one product.
We make all of them.
Authentication, protection, delivery, routing — every function of email, at about half the price of the category leaders. Run by engineers, not sales reps, for forty-five thousand organizations and counting.
The proof stack you didn't know we had
We're the G2 Category Leader in DMARC Software you've never heard of.
Multi-region recognition. Hundreds of verified reviews. Earned without a sales team — because the marketing budget went to the engineers who answer your call.

Compliance & trust signals — public and verifiable
Want our SOC 2 report? Just ask — we'll email it. No NDA wall. No procurement runaround. Same reason we put engineers on the phone instead of SDRs: friction is a tax on the relationship, and we'd rather not charge it.
If this sounds familiar
You have an email problem.
Your vendor doesn't want to fix it.
Maybe your volume is below their price tier. Maybe your use case sits outside what their product handles. Maybe you've spent six weeks in a sales cycle to learn the quote doesn't fit. The big email vendors built playbooks for the customers above you. The rest get a queue.
We were founded to be that rest. Forty-five thousand of them, so far.
The math
Ninety percent of what they do.
Half of what they charge.
Wherever we show up in a category, the pattern is the same. About ninety percent of what the leader does. At about half what the leader charges.
That holds across enterprise security (Proofpoint, Mimecast, Barracuda), DMARC reporting (EasyDMARC, PowerDMARC), inbox placement (GlockApps), and every email function in between.
When you actually need the other ten percent, we'll say so.
What we make
Four things. Done well.
Every product started with a customer asking. The portfolio is the fossil record of those conversations.
Authenticate
SPF management, DMARC reporting, mail flow monitoring. Prove who's sending under your domains and pass Google and Yahoo's sender requirements without hiring for it.
Protect
Phishing protection. Spam filtering. The last serious vendor still defending Lotus Notes environments. Inbound coverage from the smallest org to the largest.
Deliver
Outbound SMTP, a developer email API, cold-email outreach, inbox placement testing. Send mail at scale. Know it actually got there.
Route
Alumni forwarding, tenant migration, backup MX, email forwarding. Get mail where it needs to go. Stay up when your primary server doesn't.
Where it came from
We were founded on a sentence.
"Don't let them down."
In 2014, DuoCircle was a small web hosting and design shop. One of our customers needed to migrate off Dyn — the dynamic DNS company that was getting out of email hosting. We reached out.
Dyn sold us the email customer book on one condition: don't damage our brand, don't let our customers down.
We surveyed the acquired customers. Their loudest complaint was slow technical support. We answered with 24/7 live support and a rule that has not changed since: if you're paying us anything, we'll be there for you.
Dyn went on to sell to Oracle for eight hundred million dollars. We didn't damage their brand on the way out. Twelve years later, that 2014 rule still runs the company — and has produced the portfolio you see now.
How it works
Three steps. No sales cycle.
- Step 01
Tell us the problem.
Phone, form, email — your pick. The first reply comes from someone technical, often within the hour.
- Step 02
Get a real answer.
We say which product fits, what it costs, and where it falls short. If we're not your vendor, we'll say that too.
- Step 03
Start with what fits.
Each product stands alone. Add more as you grow, or have us engineer something custom. The same engineers stay on the call.
What that looks like
Customers on our outbound SMTP service started exceeding their SPF lookup limits — partly a side effect of our own architecture. The only company offering an answer wanted a thousand dollars a month to flatten records for customers who paid us four. The math wouldn't work.
So we built it. AutoSPF now runs for a sixteen-billion-dollar IT services firm. Each of the other products got here the same way. A real conversation. Productized.

Twelve years on.
The promise still holds.

Our customers include a Fortune 10 firm — the EmailRouter product is named for them. A top-three US university trusts us with their alumni forwarding. A sixteen-billion-dollar IT services company runs AutoSPF. None of them came because of marketing. They came because the incumbent wouldn't take their call.
We're a past Center for Internet Security CyberMarket vendor — selected to provide email protection for state, local, tribal, and territorial governments. We hold G2 awards across multiple categories. Twelve years of keeping the 2014 promise puts you in some interesting rooms.
Tell us your email problem.
Wrong price tier, wrong use case, or a sales cycle going nowhere — that's the conversation we like to have. The first reply comes from someone technical.
Or email sales@duocircle.com. A person reads it.
